The partnership expands the company’s offerings in the Growth Molecules Success Academy (GMSA), to include accredited USF training for Customer Success and Customer Support Professionals and Executive Leadership Education, which provides customer relationship management and expansion training. The programs are purpose-built to help companies of all sizes start and professionals at different levels in their careers to challenge themselves and grow as confident leaders regardless of their titles.

The CSA Accredited certification and training programs include 13 weeks of interactive coaching  sessions that enable skill application across many segments and industries ranging from Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology companies to traditional brick-and-mortar businesses.
